Ghanshyam Sarda To Be A Part Of Prospective Monorail Project

A monorail project of grand stature is coming up in the city of Kolkata. With the recent initiative from the government of West Bengal, the project aims to curb the various transportation related problems in the city. As one of the metro cities from the north eastern part of India, there is always a heavy rush for communication especially in the office hours. The commuters need to travel very fast from one place to the other and a rapid urban transportation system is very necessary in the city. A monorail project of large scale will certainly ease this problem in the city.

A number of important points were discussed in the meeting. The total investment for the project stands at 2,500 crores and the Sarda group will act as the local associate. The entire logistical support required for the project will be provided by the Sarda group. The youth of the state are keenly looking forward to it and wants the project to go through at the earliest.
