The visit of Honorable Chief
Minister Miss. Mamata Banerjee to Singapore was indeed a fruitful one as during
her visit MoU got signed in several target areas. The varied sectors in which
the Memorandum of Understanding got signed included; home furnishing, IT,
entertainment and training. One of the other biggest gains of the visit was
that the Monorail operator in Sao Paulo announced its intention of making a
footprint in the City of Joy.
Job scopes
This certainly assumes
significance considering the fact that the government holds consent to a
similar project. Ghanshyam
Sarda Kolkata Group signed MoU with the leading IT firms, namely; Compass
Energy Pte Ltd., Singapore and Axsys Technologies Ltd. Such a deal was signed
for collaboration on solutions in the field of gas exploration and Axsys
Technologies Ltd. It is primarily due to the deal signed that as many as 200
persons are expected to benefit from job scopes. Also, there remains ample
possibility that in the coming two years, additional 500-600 persons are
expected to benefit from employment scopes in the Sector V area.

chief role in refining the existing skill sets of all concerned jute workers.
He further stated that with the development of the skills, it will be possible
to satisfy the demand for eco-friendly products similar to natural fiber.
